After decades of being friends and valued colleagues, it was time for us to become a team, so we formed Mussallem & Palash LLP, combining 60+ years of practice and family law expertise.
We are truly a full-service law firm, handling all aspects of family law: dissolution of marriage, legal separation, and parentage actions, child custody, property division, child and spousal support, post-judgment modification and enforcement proceedings. We represent clients in traditional litigation spanning law and motion work, settlement conferences, pre-trial and trial. We serve as consulting attorneys in litigation. We serve as parenting coordinators, settlement conference judges, and private judges for trial. We provide mediation services, serving as mediators as well as consulting counsel to clients engaged in mediation. We counsel clients in the negotiation and drafting of premarital, postnuptial, and cohabitation agreements. We handle cases throughout the Bay Area.
